At Chairus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishing purchase. If your new seating doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original factory packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
